Spreading the Word: New women Bible study established!

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Acts 1:8

Consider Jesus Ministries’ vision is to see churches strengthened and believers equipped to boldly proclaim Christ, so that the power of the Gospel transforms communities worldwide. We are grateful to see this vision taking root through Charity.

Charity has been part of our women’s ministry for more than 15 years. After moving across town several years ago, she remained faithfully part of the fellowship. In recent years, however, health challenges made it difficult for her to travel. Even then, her desire to study God’s Word never changed, and she faithfully joined the Bible study by phone whenever she could.

This week, Charity opened her home and welcomed women from her neighborhood for their first official Bible study. What began with listening has now become leading. Praise God for His faithfulness! Please pray that this new fellowship will grow, lives will be transformed, and Christ will be glorified.
