Ministry to Children

Train them well- Proverbs 22:6

Every wise investor begins by understanding the level of risk, studying patterns, and envisioning future returns. It requires patience and consistency to see meaningful growth. In the same way, raising children calls for intentional spiritual and physical guidance — nurturing their character, faith, and resilience so they mature into strong, grounded adults.

At Consider Jesus Ministries, we are committed to nurturing both the spiritual and physical needs of children through discipleship, care, and community support. As Scripture reminds us, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6). Our acts of love and kindness become a way of sharing Christ with children and their families.

This past Christmas, 65 children each received a backpack filled with school supplies, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and, of course, candy. By God’s grace,  previously, we distributed backpacks, shoes, socks, clothing, plates, cups, and spoons to children and families in need. What began as a simple act of kindness continues to grow as the Lord opens doors to share His love in practical ways.

We have and continue to meet school fees as the Lord provides for different kids.   We have seven children who have already completed school; some are working, and others are in trade school. We have three children who are currently in school.

We are also prayerfully considering a once-a-year Vacation Bible School (VBS) program as we work through the logistics and structure. Our desire is to create a joyful space where children can learn, grow, and experience the love of Christ.
